Classic Tau Suan Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 cup split mung beans
– 4 cups water
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– Pandan leaves for flavor
