Classic Singapore Sling Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz cherry brandy
1/4 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz benedictine
4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/4 oz grenadine
1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Fill a shaker with ice and add all the ingredients.
Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz gin

1/4 oz benedictine
4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/4 oz grenadine
1 dash Angostura bitters
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain into a glass over ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
Serve and enjoy the spicy kick!
Tropical Fruit Singapore Sling Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz cherry brandy
1/4 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz benedictine
4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/4 oz grenadine
1 dash Angostura bitters
1/4 cup diced mango
1/4 cup diced pineapple
Instructions:
Muddle the diced mango and pineapple in a shaker.
Add all the other ingredients and shake well with ice.
Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf and enjoy the tropical flavors!
