Classic Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
Add sesame oil and garlic, cook until fragrant.
Add chicken and vegetables, cook until heated through.
Push chicken and vegetables to one side of the pan, pour beaten eggs into the other side and scramble.
Add cooked rice to the pan, stir to combine with chicken, vegetables, and eggs.
Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, stir well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until everything is heated through.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Spicy Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup kimchi, chopped
1 cup cooked pork belly, sliced
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Soy sauce and sesame oil to taste

Steps:

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
Add garlic and green onions, cook until fragrant.
Add pork belly and kimchi, cook until heated through.
Push pork belly and kimchi to one side of the pan, pour beaten eggs into the other side and scramble.
Add cooked rice to the pan, stir to combine with pork belly, kimchi, and eggs.
Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil, adjust seasoning to taste.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until everything is heated through.
Serve hot and enjoy the spicy kick!
