Classic Palak Paneer Recipe

– Ingredients:
– 2 cups chopped spinach
– 1 cup paneer cubes
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, pureed
– 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 1 tsp garam masala
– Salt to taste
– 2 tbsp oil
– Steps:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
5. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
6. Add paneer cubes and garam masala. Cook for a few minutes.
7. Serve hot with rice or naan.
