Classic Spicy Tuna Roll
Ingredients:
– Sushi rice
– Nori sheets
– Fresh tuna
– Spicy mayo
– Cucumber
– Avocado
– Sesame seeds
– Soy sauce
Steps:
1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
2. Slice fresh tuna into thin strips and mix with spicy mayo.
3. Cut cucumber and avocado into thin strips.
4. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat, spread a thin layer of sushi rice on top.
5. Add cucumber, avocado, and spicy tuna mixture on top of the rice.
6. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
Dragon Roll with Eel
Ingredients:
– Sushi rice
– Nori sheets
– Eel fillets
– Avocado
– Cucumber
– Cream cheese
– Unagi sauce
– Sesame seeds
Steps:
1. Cook sushi rice and let it cool.
2. Grill eel fillets until cooked through and brush with unagi sauce.
3. Cut avocado and cucumber into thin strips.
4. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat, spread sushi rice on top.
5. Add cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, and eel on top of the rice.
6. Roll the sushi tightly and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Cut the roll into pieces and drizzle with more unagi sauce.
8. Serve with pickled ginger and wasabi.
