Ingredients:

– 1 package of spring roll wrappers
– 2 cups of shredded cabbage
– 1 carrot, julienned
– 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

– 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
– 1/4 cup of chopped mint
– 1/4 cup of chopped basil
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
