Classic Chocolate Fondant
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease four ramekins.
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until well combined.
Slowly mix in the melted chocolate mixture, then fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
Divide the batter among the ramekins and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly wobbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before unmolding and serving with a dusting of powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Strawberry Cheesecake Fondant
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup white chocolate, chopped
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

Melt the butter and white chocolate together in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until well combined.
Slowly mix in the melted white chocolate mixture, then fold in the flour, strawberries, and cream cheese until just combined.
Divide the batter among the ramekins and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly wobbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before unmolding and serving with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh strawberry on top.
